Please note: Enrolling your child online also includes an online payment of your child's first theme via Paypal on the following page. If you would prefer a hard copy of the form and pay by cash/cheque, please see your kindergarten.

I agree to the below conditions.

Our classes are grouped into five-week themes at a total cost of $40.00 per child (this equates to $8 per class). Fees must be paid for at least one week before a new theme begins, which will be displayed in the kindergarten. An enrolment form only needs to be filled out once. Mini Beats reserves the right to limit participant numbers.
